Informational purpose

The site provides general information about Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC and its service areas. Website content is not a substitute for legal advice, legal representation, licensed professional advice, or a written engagement agreement.

No relationship created

Viewing the site, calling, emailing, texting, or making a payment does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship, investigator-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or accepted service engagement. An engagement begins only when Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC accepts the matter and confirms the scope in writing.

Payment authorization

Approved payment links are processed by Stripe in live mode for Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC. The payer represents that the payment method is authorized and that the service is requested for a lawful disclosed purpose. Billing contact information may be collected by Stripe for receipts, invoices, fraud prevention, and account servicing.

Checkout return and verification

Each published live Stripe Payment Link is configured to return a successful checkout to the Alpha Dog payment-verification page. Because that page can also be opened directly, viewing it is not proof that a charge was created or settled. The Stripe transaction record, receipt, and Alpha Dog verification control payment status.

Service scope and retainers

Fixed-price payments apply only to the service stated at checkout. Retainers are credited to an accepted engagement and are not necessarily a flat fee. The signed service agreement controls rates, minimums, expenses, replenishment, reporting, cancellation, earned fees, and any unused balance.

Work acceptance

Payment does not require Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC to accept a matter that presents a conflict, unlawful purpose, licensing or compliance concern, unavailable staffing, inadequate authorization, safety risk, or scope outside the selected service. Additional information or a separate agreement may be required before work begins.

Cancellations and refunds

If Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC declines an engagement before work begins, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method. After work begins, any refund is determined by earned work, authorized time, nonrecoverable third-party charges, records fees, travel, expenses, cancellation terms, and the written agreement. Any unused retainer balance is handled according to the signed agreement and applicable law. Processing times are controlled in part by Stripe and the payer’s financial institution.

Charge disputes

Contact Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC promptly about a billing concern before initiating a charge dispute so the scope, invoice, work record, refund status, or unauthorized-use claim can be reviewed. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

No outcome guarantee

Past descriptions, examples, methods, deliverables, payments, or retainers do not guarantee any investigation, legal, administrative, business, collection, location, or court outcome.

Protected information

Do not enter confidential case evidence, medical information, youth records, protected legal communications, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive investigative details into the public website or Stripe Checkout. Secure-transfer instructions are provided separately after acceptance when needed.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful informational and payment purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, use an unauthorized payment method, or use site content or services to facilitate unlawful conduct.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, branding, organization, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC. Limited personal reference does not transfer ownership or authorize republication, resale, scraping, or creation of misleading derivative materials.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on or links to third-party infrastructure, including Stripe. Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC does not control third-party availability, processing times, security, or privacy practices, but uses approved providers and reasonable controls for the intended transaction.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate, but the site may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Services, prices, policies, and availability may change before an engagement is accepted. The amount displayed at Stripe Checkout is the controlling amount for that transaction.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of this public website is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing principles

These terms should be interpreted under applicable law. A service engagement may contain separate governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, confidentiality, payment, and scope provisions; the signed engagement agreement controls when it conflicts with general website terms.
